Members of the Minnesota National Guard gathered to mark the change of responsibility between the state’s outgoing Command Chief Warrant Officer, Chief Warrant Officer 5 Peter Panos and the incoming Chief Warrant Officer 4 Kip Knudson July 1, 2015. Knudson, who has served in a variety of positions across the guard during his 37 year-long career, takes over as Panos accepts responsibility as the command chief warrant officer of the Army National Guard.
