Members of the New York Army National Guard's 1st Battalion, 69th Infantry provide a message for drivers leaving the drive-through COVID-19 Mobile Testing Center located at the South Beach Behavioral Center, Staten Island, New York Mar. 19, 2020. The message reads, “Department of Health will call you in 2 to 3 days with your results! Thank you!
