Members of the Nuristan Provincial Reconstruction Team discuss project sustainability funding with school officials, Feb. 21, in Nangaresh. The PRT and the United States Agency for International Development sponsored a 15 kilowatt solar panel project that will provide lights and electricity to the boys and girls schools in the village.
