Members of the Senior Enlisted Leaders Conference observe an F-22 Raptor Demonstration Team practice during a base tour, Jan. 7, 2020, at Shaw Air Force Base (AFB), South Carolina. The senior enlisted leaders in attendance are from the U.S., Australia, Canada, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Pakistan, Qatar, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and the United Kingdom. The conference, lasting from Jan. 6 – 9, consisted of participants describing the enlisted force structure of each country’s air force, a tour of Shaw AFB, and discussions of how to strengthen and develop the leadership of the noncommissioned officers in their respective service.
