CHICAGO - The last float of the Memorial Day parade in Chicago May 26, 2011, honors the Gold Star Families of Illinois and includes the names of Illinois servicemembers who were killed in action. The Gold Star Families were invited to approach the float at the conclusion of the parade to look for the names of their loved ones.
