Memorial service held for U.S. Sailor in Kuwait

Jeffries died Dec. 31, from injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident outside Kuwait City on Christmas Eve, he was assigned to U.S. Navy Customs Battalion, Navy Expeditionary Logistics Support Group and deployed to Kuwait to support Operation Iraqi Freedom.
