Where, Technical Sergeant Michael Antinucci, the units Recruiter & Family Support representative hands out energy snack-packages to members of the 105th's third deployment to World Trade Center (WTC) collapse site. The snack packages were put together by Seventh Graders from Wallkill Middle School, hamlet of Wallkill, New York and donated to the unit. Guard personnel will assist in relief efforts provided by New York National Guard. The collapse of the WTC was due to terrorist flying two large passenger aircraft into the buildings; killing all in the planes and thousands in the building. In response, President George W. Bush initiated NOBLE EAGLE a partial mobilization of the reserves for homeland defense and civil support missions in response to the attacks on September 11, 2001 at the WTC and the Pentagon.
