The SHARP Summit brings Command teams together along with their full time SHARP representative to address the way ahead for eradicating Sexual Assault and Sexual Harassment issues in the Army Reserve. This summit gathers the Senior Leaders from the Major Subordinate Commands (MSCs) to foster collaboration through instruction on strategies to reduce or prevent Sexual Assault and Sexual Harassment in the Army Reserve and on proper case management and care of victims.
