Nancy Beals (right), a coordinator for the Mental Health & Recovery Board of Union County presents the 2019 Community Champion Award to Ohio Army National Guard Capt. In 2018, the CDTF assisted law enforcement agencies across the state in the seizure of more than $120 million in property, cash and drugs such as heroin, fentanyl and prescription opiate pills.
