National Guard State Partnership brings ambassador to Tunisia to Wyoming

The ambassador’s visit was part of the National Guard Bureau’s State Partnership Program which pairs nations with states, and places state Guardsmen, like Cudney, with the partner nation. Gray’s visit helped to lay the foundation for future exchanges and cooperation between Tunisia and Wyoming. The Wyoming National Guard and Tunisia were partnered in 2004 and maintain that partnership following the civil unrest and establishment of a new government in Tunisia.
