AYASE, Japan (Oct. 25, 2011) Naval Air Crewman 1st Class Brian Dacey tightens a bolt on the handle bars of a repaired bicycle stored in a public works shed at Naval Air Facility Atsugi as part of a donation effort for the people of the Tohoku area. The First Class Petty Officer's Mess at Naval Air Facility Atsugi has organized the donation of bicycles at the base to be given to those affected by the earthquakes and tsunami of March 11, 2011.
