Naval Air Station Whidbey Island Pearl Harbor commemoration

Capt. Mike Nortier, commanding officer of Naval Air Station Whidbey Island (NASWI), and Gayle Vyskocil, widow of Pearl Harbor survivor Lt. Cmdr. James Vyskocil and vice president of the North Cascade chapter of the Pearl Harbor Survivors Association, lay the remembrance wreath during the Pearl Harbor commemoration held in the chapel of NASWI.
