SAN DIEGO (Oct. 03, 2012) Naval Medical Center San Diego (NMCSD) pediatrics patient Bryson Wear and his father Lt. Cmdr. Christopher Wear pet a three-banded armadillo named Cocoa during a visit from the San Diego Zoo in NMCSD's general inpatient pediatrics ward.
