Navy housing residents cheer Sailors from various Hawaii-wide CPO 365 programs as they run in formation during the 2014 CPO 365 Kukini 5K Run on Pearl Harbor. Enlisted leaders from U.S. Pacific Fleet (PACFLT) held the event for all chief petty officers and first class petty officers from local U.S. Navy commands and ships as part of CPO 365, a year-round training initiative that helps prepare first class petty officers to become chiefs.
