Navy officials render honors during a dignified transfer of remains ceremony at Washington Dulles International Airport for one of two sailors recovered from the ironclad USS Monitor. Monitor sank off Cape Hatteras, N.C., in 1862. The two sailors will be interred with full military honors at Arlington National Cemetery.
