PEARL HARBOR, Hawaii (Sep. 23, 2008) Navy Region Hawaii Ceremonial Guard forms up on the pier of USS Utah Memorial on historic Ford Island in preparation of a burial and ashes scattering ceremony to honor Pearl Harbor survivor Chief Carpenter's Mate Herbert B. Power. Power, a diver and crewmember aboard the minesweeper USS Widgeon (AM 22), was credited on Dec. 7, 1941 with saving the lives of numerous Sailors trapped aboard the battleship USS Oklahoma (BB 37) during salvage operations.
