Navy Senior Chief Petty Officer Adam Powars, Provincial Reconstruction Team Kunar network infrastructure NCO in charge, and native of Camp Hill, Pa., provides security for Army Staff Sgt. Jason Abigania, PRT Kunar civil affairs section, and native of Ukiah, Calif., as he speaks to locals at the Shigal Girls School May 17. The PRT visited the site to view the progress of construction on the school, part of its overall mission to help local Government of Islamic Republic of Afghanistan officials in the country's reconstruction efforts.
