Nearly 25 solders assigned to the 4th Armor Brigade Combat Team, 1st Armored Division, took to the streets Oct. 26 with students from the North Star Elementary School on the city’s north side to volunteer and take part in the school’s anti-drug parade for Red Ribbon Week, which is recognized every year across the U.S. to increase drug awareness, advocate for anti-drug legislature, and provide resources and educational material to families and youth communities.
