Nearly seven miles of beach along the Willoughby Spit

Nearly seven miles of beach along the Willoughby Spit and East Ocean View areas of the city will expand by 60 feet through a partnership between the city of Norfolk and the Norfolk District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
