Nederland, Colo., October 16,2013 -- A telephone typewriter (TTY) is one of the communication devices being installed in the Nederland, Colo., Disaster Recovery Center (DRC) for use by residents who may have physical communication impairments and were affected by recent flooding. FEMA provides a variety of services to insure that all residents are able to register and to get information they need to assist with their recovery from recent flooding.
