Summary
Capt. Elizabeth R. Rascon, the outgoing commander of 1st Cavalry Division Horse Cavalry Detachment, makes her final charge on horseback during the change of command ceremony Feb. 11, 2016 at the horse detachment stables, Fort Hood, Texas. Capt. Jeremy A. Woodard replaced Rascon and will continue the long tradition of the horse detachment.
