New York Air National Guard Major General Timothy LaBarge administers the oath of office to Brig.Gen. Denise Donnell during promotion ceremonies held on Wednesday, Jan. 6, 2021 at New York National Guard headquarters in Latham, New York. Donnell, a Clifton Park, New York resident, is the commander of the 105th Airlift Wing which is based at Stewart Air National Guard Base in Newburgh, New York.
