New York Army National Guard Staff Sgt. Gilbert Concepcion assigned to the 1569th Transportation Company, 369th Sustainment Brigade, New York Army National Guard, moves a pallet of supplies for the COVID-19 response at Stewart Air National Guard Base, in Newburgh, N.Y. on April 14, 2020.
