New York State Senator Robert Ortt, senator for the 62nd district and formerly a captain in the New York Army National Guard, spoke with members of the 107th Attack Wing, New York Air National Guard, at Lockport High School as part of the History Channels "Take a Vet to School Day," Lockport, N.Y., Nov. 14, 2017.
