Summary

U.S. Navy Adm. James A. Winnefeld, North American Aerospace Defense Command/United States Northern Command Commander visits Joint Task Force 51, during Vibrant Response, a multi-agency exercise simulating an emergency response effort to a nuclear detonation. Joint Task Force 51 is comprised of civilian and military assets, with teams able to respond to emergencies in Chemical Biological Radiological Nuclear environments. Winnefeld was accompanied by U.S. Army Lt. Gen. Guy C. Swann III, Army North Commander, and U.S. Army Maj. Gen. John P. Basilica, Joint Task Force 51 Commander.
