Oil skimmer deploys skimming boom in Grand Isle

JEFFERSON PARISH, La. - An oil skimmer, a member of the Vessels of Opportunity program, deploys boom used to funnel oil into the skimmer in Barataria Bay, Grand Isle June 10, 2010.
