Oregon Army National Guard Sgt. 1st Class Mark Carter, of Charlie Company, 7-158 Aviation, operates the "Bambi" bucket attached to an HH-60M Black Hawk helicopter to drop water during fire suppression efforts at the Logging Unit fire west of Madras, Ore., July 21. The "Bambi" bucket holds up to 500 gallons of water.
