Oregon Army National Guards Spc. Edward Semanski, with Bravo Company, 898th Brigade Engineer Battalion, completes a 10-mile ruck march along the Oregon coastline during the 2018 Oregon National Guard Best Warrior Competition, Aug. 18, 2018, at Camp Rilea, Warrenton, Oregon.
