Oregon Military Department project managers and facility operations specialists receive training from Sunlight Solar on the newly installed photovoltaic system at the Roseburg Readiness Center, in Roseburg, Oregon, August 10, 2017. An example of the system is the sunshade above a roll-up door, which blocks the heat but is also used to support solar panels for useable energy. The facility is home to Oregon Army National Guard Soldiers with Charlie Company, 1st Battalion, 186th Infantry Regiment, 41st Infantry Brigade Combat Team.
