Oregon National Guard Soldier Spc. Michael Germundson prepares shipments of personal protective equipment (PPE) that will be delivered to the counties of Hood River, Sherman, Umatilla and Wasco, in response to the COVID-19 situation, April 3, 2020. These shipments are the first of many that the Oregon National Guard and other state agencies are preparing at the Oregon Department of Administrative Services (DAS) facility in Wilsonville, Ore., that will be distributed to all 36 counties and nine tribes across the state.
