Parachute Rigger 1st Class Samuel A. Pena, assigned to Naval Special Warfare Commands (NSW) removes a palette from a parachuted rigid-hulled inflatable boat during an exercise organized by NSW Logistics Support Unit ONE air operations department off the San Diego coast.
