Participants in the 2015 13th Armored Division Reunion wait for the beginning of speeches at the Memorial Amphitheater in Arlington National Cemetery, Sept. 11, 2015, in Arlington, Va. The 13th Armored Division, also known as the Black Cats, was activated on Oct. 15, 1942, at Camp Beale, Calif.
