Français : en tibétain : བོད་ཡིག་པལ་སྐད་ཀྱི་གསར་འགྱུར་།།, en chinois : 藏文白話報 (écrit de droite à gauche), journal en Tibétain-Baihua en caractères chinois et tibétain. À la première ligne est écrit, 中華民國二年五月出版第五號 République de Chine, édition de la seconde année (1913), 5e mois (mai), 5e numéro. Les deux drapeaux en haut sont le Drapeau à cinq couleurs (appelé en chinois 五族共和, République des 5 ethnies) utilisé au début de la République.
English: In Tibetan: བོད་ཡིག་པལ་སྐད་ཀྱི་གསར་འགྱུར་།།, in Chinese 藏文白話報 (written from right to left). This is a Tibetan-baihua Newspaper in Chinese and Tibetan script. The first line reads 中華民國二年五月出版第五號: May of ROC 2 (1913), fifth issue. The two flags at the top are the Five Races Under One Union flags (In Chinese, 五族共和) used at the begining of the Republic of China.
