WASHINGTON (Dec. 07, 2012) Frank Yanick, a former Navy seaman and Pearl Harbor survivor and Rear Adm. Patrick J. Lorge, commandant of Naval District Washington, lay a wreath at the U.S. Navy Memorial to commemorate the 71st anniversary of the Dec. 7, 1941 Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor.
