Merely ornamental, on the other hand, were therings, belts, ornaments for the breast, necklets or necklaces (Nos.307, 315, and 331 to 343), which were worn only on very festiveoccasions, but above all, as we have already said, when a bride wasbeing adorned for her wedding.
