ATLANTA (Feb. 09, 2018) Personnel Specialist 1st Class Patrick Leopold, assigned to Navy Operational Support Center Memphis, renders honors to the remains of Fireman 1st Class Charles Ogle, a World War II Sailor who was killed in action during the Dec. 7, 1941 attack in Pearl Harbor in Atlanta, Ga.
