Petal, Miss., Feb. 17, 2013 -- The tornado that passed through Petal destroyed an Ace Hardware store. The twisted Ace building and its roof destroyed this house across the street. FEMA has set up a Disaster Recovery Center (DRC) in Petal so that survivors can get help from FEMA, the Small Business Administration, Mississippi Emergency Operations and voluntary agencies, all in one place.
