Petty Officer 1st Class Edwin Mantilla, boatswain's mate (right), security force assistance mobile training team leader, instructs a Peruvian coast guardsman on proper coxswain tactical maneuvers aboard the Peruvian patrol boat PC 228 Coishco during small boat patrol training. The team is a component of Maritime Civil Affairs Security and Training Command and is deployed to Peru to instruct and train the Peruvian coast guard as a means to enhance their small boat patrol capabilities.
