Petty Officer 2nd Class Adam Preiser, a boatswain's mate at Coast Guard Station Hatteras Inlet, carries a medical box full of medicine and pharmaceutical supplies off the ferry pier on Ocracoke Island, Monday, Jan. 28, 2013.
