Petty Officer 2nd Class Patrick Hawkins, case manager for the Navy Casualty Assistance Office at Navy Personnel Command, coordinates travel, accommodations, and benefits packages for Navy families affected by the NATO and Afghanistan helicopter crash, Aug. 6.
