Petty Officer 2nd Class Patrick Stein, a logistics specialist, performs a takedown on a simulated attacker after being sprayed in the face with oleoresin capsicum, commonly known as pepper spray, during Naval Air Facility Misawa's Auxiliary Security Force Academy training.
