Petty Officer 2nd Class Sean McHugh, assigned to Underwater Construction Team (UCT) 2’s Construction Dive Detachment Bravo (CDDB), uses a forklift in Diego Garcia, British Indian Ocean Territory, Nov. 9, 2016. CDDB is performing precision underwater demolition and light salvage to remove obstructions from Diego Garcia's deep draft wharf.
