Petty Officer 3rd Class Michael Bell, quartermaster, from Tampa, Fla., calls the cadence for Oliver Hazard Perry-class frigate USS Taylor color guard during the presentation of colors. The crew of Taylor took part in a memorial ceremony honoring the crew of the B-24 Liberator which crashed, May 25, 1944, near the site during the liberation of France in World War II.
