PHILIPPINE SEA (Oct. 24, 2020) Capt. Steven DeMoss, commodore, Destroyer Squadron 15, meets with (from left) Cmdr. Hiromasa Takahashi, Cmdr. Masayoshi Tamura, and Lt. Cmdr.
