Richardson Photographer of the Year awards held on board Naval Station Everett, Wash. Airman Kirk won first place as Photographer of the Year by the National Association of Naval Photography Pacific Northwest Chapter. Civilian photographers Art Wolf, Grant Haller, Dean Sevigny, John Pieroth, Terry Lang, Alehandro Tomas and Brian Kelly judged portfolios.
