PHUKET, THAILAND – (Dec. 30, 2015) – Gunner’s Mate 2nd Class Daniel Johnson and Chief Gunner’s Mate Andrew Liley stand watch on the bridge wing aboard USS Fort Worth as the littoral combat ship approaches the pier in Phuket, Thailand, for a scheduled port visit. Currently on a rotational deployment in support of the Asia-Pacific rebalance, Fort Worth is a fast and agile warship tailor-made to patrol the region’s littorals and work hull-to-hull with partner navies, providing 7th Fleet with the flexible capabilities it needs now and in the future.
