Platoon Sgt., Cpl. David C. Clouser, Motor Transport Operator with the Combat Logistics Detachment 39, commands his platoon in a formation on Feb. 14 on the NCTS during exercise Guahan Shield. Guahan Shield will facilitate multiservice engagements, set conditions for bilateral and multilateral training opportunities, and support rapid response to potential theater crises and contingency operations in the Asia-Pacific region.
