Prescription medication is counted out for a patient at the 6th Air Transportable Hospital Mental Health Clinic. Migrants are interviewed by doctors to see what treatment they may need. Most are treated by counseling, some by medication, and the serious cases are kept in a holding facility located in the old Naval Base Brig to keep them from hurting themselves and others
