Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Army for Installations, Energy and Environment Bryan Gossage presents a coin to U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center, Construction Engineering Research Laboratory (CERL), civil engineer James (Jim) Allen, while CERL Acting Director Dr. Kirankumar Topudurti and CERL Acting Deputy Director Michelle Hanson observe at the CERL in Champaign, Ill., Oct. 30, 2020.
