Summary
Version in reverse of BM Satires 1753. Dickinson is half-standing with his feet turned outwards and his left hand resting on his chest; the monkey stands on a ledge at the base of a large column, the fox sits beneath the table and a pipe and tobacco lie on the table; an ornate frame at top and either side. Title and three lines of verse below, likening Dickinson to the satirists, Aesop and Paul Scarron.
